The ADS5271IPFP is a cutting-edge 50MSPS ADC that offers impressive performance with its 8-channel design. Its internal references simplify system design requirements, while its low power consumption enables high system integration densities. By utilizing Serial LVDS outputs, the ADC reduces the number of interface lines required and minimizes package size for enhanced efficiency. With an integrated PLL, the ADC multiplies the incoming sampling clock by a factor of 12, facilitating high-frequency data serialization and transmission. Each internal ADC's output is serialized and transmitted in either MSB or LSB first, accompanied by a bit clock and word clock for smooth communication. For optimal performance, the ADS5271 can use internal or external references, with the internal reference mode offering the best results. Packaged in a TQFP-80 PowerPAD package, the device operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C
