DESCRIPTIONThe SCE574x is a four digit, dot addressable 5 x 7 dot matrix, serial input, alphanumeric Intelligent Display device. The four digits are packaged in a rugged, high quality, optically transparent, plastic 14 pin DIP with 2.54 mm (0.1") pin spacing.The SCE574xP is a SIP version of SCE574x. The SCE574xQ is also a SIP version of the SCE574x but the leads are at right angles to the package so that the part can be mounted vertically. The SIP version parts have only 7 pins. The SIP parts do not have the option of using an external clock.
